Community members are encouraged to participate in the "Hats and Music" Parade on the St. Martin's University campus, Saturday, May 21, at noon. This kaleidoscope of color, music, and fun will wind its way through the fairgrounds for approximately one mile. Parade participants will be awarded prizes in various categories.  What excitement!  And it is all right here for everyone to enjoy!
